Reclamation is a key component of any successful Alumni Program. The Reclamation and Retention Committee is designed to locate and assist local Brothers to become involved with the Fraternity and to facilitate activities to keep the Kappa Fire burning within.
Brotherhood Outreach is an initiative developed to reach out to recently graduated and graduating undergraduate Brothers, both encouraging continued activity within the fraternity while also providing career counseling and when possible, job placement. Another aspect of Brotherhood Outreach involves our senior and ailing Brothers who may find it difficult to make meetings or who are confined to their homes altogether. Arranging with the Brothers and their families periodic home visits
Brothers. Building and maintaining relationships is not only essential to the Bond, it’s also the cornerstone of our Reclamation Program.
